Trusted by Thousands of Ohioans for Medicare Enrollment Guidance

Why chose Seniority Benefit Group?

When approaching Medicare enrollment, many people quickly discover that not all guidance is the same. There are countless agents, advertisements (is your mailbox full yet?), and plan options competing for your attention. Who can you trust?

Since 2008, Seniority Benefit Group has grown to represent over 20,000 Medicare Beneficiaries. We've built our organization around one simple idea: Medicare guidance should feel personal, thorough, and ongoing -- not transactional.

  1. Medicare Isn't Something We Do. It's All We Do

Many insurance (and even financial) professionals handle multiple lines of business on a daily basis: life insurance, annuities, individual insurance, long-term care, Medicare.

We recognize that Medicare is far too complex to treat as a side-gig. Our focus is entirely dedicated to Medicare guidance. Thus, our agents spend every day staying informed on changing regulations, plan updates, carrier changes, and enrollment rules.

Focused guidance matters.

  1. Recommendations Based on Your Needs. Not Ours

Everyone at Seniority Benefit Group is licensed and certified across Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. And unlike "captive agents" that work for one insurance company, we currently contract with nine organizations which offer 74 different plan options.

Our commitment is simple: recommend what makes the most sense for the person sitting across from us.

In situations where a plan we do not represent may be someone's best option, we will still make that recommendation. The goal is finding the right fit—not forcing a fit.

  1. Large Enough to Offer Resources, Small Enough to Stay Personal

Finding the right balance matters.

With a team of eight agents and three Client Service Team members, Seniority Benefit Group has the resources and expertise to serve a growing client base while still maintaining the personal relationships that matter.

You aren't calling a national call center and speaking to someone different every time. You're working with a team that gets to know you and understands your situation.

  1. A Dedicated Client Service Team That Supports You Year-Round

Many people assume that once they enroll in a Medicare plan, the relationship with their agent ends until the next enrollment season. At Seniority Benefit Group, that’s not how we operate.

Our licensed and certified Client Service Team is available throughout the year to help current clients navigate questions about their coverage, claims concerns, prescription changes, provider questions, and more.

  1. Trusted by Local Professionals and Community Leaders

Trust isn't built overnight.

Over the years, Seniority Benefit Group has developed relationships with financial planners, employers, healthcare organizations, and community leaders who rely on us as a resource for Medicare guidance.

Those relationships are built on consistency, education, and putting people first.
