There truly isn’t a role in our office that Ashley doesn’t cover on a weekly basis: office manager, HR, tech support, accountant, even. In the fall, however, Ashley’s sole goal is helping you shop your Medicare plan! Ashley is credited for having created the brainchild that led to RetireFlo in 2022, coding on the fly to bring much needed efficiency to our annual review process. After work, you can expect to find Ashley on the golf course or cheering on her daughter, Piper, at gymnastics or cheer.

The longest tenured team member at Seniority, Debbie celebrated her 26th anniversary with the company this past February. Debbie is known for her extreme attention to detail and accommodating nature with our clients. In addition to guiding clients through the Annual Election Period, she also serves as our Director of Marketing. You may not know that Debbie filmed a pilot for a reality TV show that was a team competition to find the highest-valued antiques. It was filmed in Kentucky and went on to become a series on the History Channel.

After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Patrick quickly realized that his talents were better served in the Medicare space. He started at the Ohio Department of Insurance, spent some time at a Medicare Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and eventually joined the Seniority team in 2021. But don’t fret, Patrick still puts his Journalism degree to good use, working as Seniority’s Director of Communications.
